Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity considerations, all cosmetic products sold by GREENVIBE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received damaged during transit
  • Product missing from the order
  • Order canceled by GREENVIBE

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Estimated refund timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 2-7 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities
  • Products opened, used, or tampered with after delivery
